Where do the compounds ship from?
All Condor Research orders are dispatched from a warehouse inside the European Union, in Slovakia. For a buyer elsewhere in the EU customs union this matters: an intra-EU parcel moves as a domestic shipment and does not clear third-country customs, unlike compounds shipped from outside the EU. Analytical testing for the catalogue is carried out by an independent laboratory in Czechia. The legal entity behind the store is Atrio Sciences s.r.o. (Nitra, Slovakia).

Will my order be stopped at customs?
Within the EU customs union, intra-EU shipments are not subject to third-country customs clearance, which is the main practical advantage of dispatching from within the EU. For non-EU European destinations (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway) shipments are carried by DHL Express with the applicable customs formalities, and the buyer is responsible for meeting any local import requirements for research materials. Condor Research does not ship to destinations where a product or category is restricted, and reserves the right to decline any order.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination, carrier and parcel weight, and is always shown in euros. Orders are sold on DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020) terms. Orders at or above €150 qualify for free shipping on the cheapest available option for the destination.
