What the research explores. Each component has its own experimental record, confined to cellular and animal models:

  • GHK-Cu — analysed through gene-expression data as a broad modulator of tissue-remodelling pathways (Pickart & Margolina, 2018), and examined in oxidative-stress models (Pickart et al., 2012).
  • KPV — the anti-inflammatory activity of the α-MSH C-terminus dissected pharmacologically (Getting et al., 2003), and characterised in murine inflammatory bowel disease models (Kannengiesser et al., 2008).

On the combination itself. The literature above describes each peptide separately. There is no published work characterising the two together, and no evidence base for synergy between them.
