Overview

CJC-1295 no DAC (CAS 863288-34-0) is a synthetic 30-amino-acid GHRH analogue lacking the Drug Affinity Complex, paired with Ipamorelin (CAS 170851-70-4), a pentapeptide ghrelin-receptor agonist; together they are studied as a dual-mechanism GH secretagogue combination in neuroendocrine and metabolic research. Both supplied lyophilised at ≥99% purity by HPLC. For laboratory research use only; not for human or veterinary use.

This blend combines two complementary growth-hormone secretagogues, CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin, in a single co-formulated vial. The pairing is a long-standing fixture of neuroendocrine research because the two peptides engage the growth-hormone axis through different receptors: CJC-1295 is a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analogue, while Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist.

Two routes to one axis. CJC-1295 was developed as a modified GRF(1-29) analogue designed to activate the GH/IGF-1 axis (Sackmann-Sala et al., 2009), and its identification in pharmaceutical preparations spurred analytical-detection work (Henninge et al., 2010). Ipamorelin was first described as the prototype selective GH secretagogue — one that raises GH with minimal effect on other pituitary hormones (Raun et al., 1998). Used together, they are studied for how GHRH-style and ghrelin-mimetic stimulation interact at the pituitary.

What the research explores. Across animal and in-vitro systems, the two components have been investigated along several threads:

  • GH/IGF-1 axis activation (CJC-1295) — studied for serum GH and IGF-1 responses and pulsatile secretion under continuous GHRH-analogue stimulation (Sackmann-Sala et al., 2009; Ionescu et al., 2006).
  • Selective GH release (Ipamorelin) — characterised pharmacokinetically and as a selective secretagogue distinct from older GHRP compounds (Johansen et al., 1998; Raun et al., 1998).
  • Gastrointestinal motility (Ipamorelin) — examined as a ghrelin mimetic in rodent dysmotility and post-operative ileus models (Greenwood-Van et al., 2012; Beck et al., 2014).

The activity summarised here is drawn from animal, in-vitro, and limited proof-of-concept studies; it describes responses in experimental models and does not establish efficacy or safety in humans. Full citations are listed under the Scientific References tab.

FAQ

It is a single co-formulated vial combining two complementary growth-hormone-secretagogue research peptides: CJC-1295 (no DAC), a GHRH analogue, and Ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist, at 5 mg each. It is supplied strictly as a Research Use Only reference material for in vitro and animal endocrine-signaling studies.

Because the two act on different receptors: CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH-analogue, while Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R) agonist. Combining the two mechanisms in one vial is the rationale for studying them together as a complementary secretagogue pair in research. For research use only, in vitro and animal models.

CJC-1295 no DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) lacks the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex, giving it a short, pulse-like action profile in research, whereas the DAC version binds albumin for a much longer-acting profile. The no-DAC form is paired here to study short-duration GHRH-plus-ghrelin signaling. Research use only.

The blend co-formulates 5 mg of each peptide in one vial, reconstituted together at a fixed ratio. Buying CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin as separate standalone vials lets you vary each independently in your experiments. Both formats are supplied as Research Use Only reference material for in vitro and animal studies.

Not exactly. The blend contains 5 mg of each peptide co-formulated together, whereas the standalone CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin vials are each 10 mg. So the blend provides half the mass per peptide versus two separate 10 mg vials, in a fixed combined ratio. Research use only.

This blend combines a GHRH-analogue (CJC-1295 no DAC) with a ghrelin-receptor agonist (Ipamorelin), engaging two pathways. Sermorelin and Tesamorelin are GHRH-class peptides studied alone, acting on a single pathway. The blend is chosen to investigate dual GHRH-plus-ghrelin signaling, the others for single-mechanism research. Research use only.

Purity is verified per component: the >=99% HPLC specification applies to CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin individually, confirmed by independent third-party testing before co-formulation, with a batch Certificate of Analysis. To request the lot COA covering both peptides, contact info@condorresearch.com before ordering.

Both are supplied co-lyophilized in a single sealed vial with a 24-month shelf life when stored at -20C, protected from light. For batch-specific stability data on this co-formulation, contact info@condorresearch.com. Reconstitution and handling are for in vitro and animal research only, never human or veterinary use.

Both peptides are water-soluble, so one diluent reconstitutes the blend. For example, adding 1 mL of bacteriostatic water to the 10 mg vial (5 mg + 5 mg) gives 5 mg/mL CJC-1295 no DAC and 5 mg/mL Ipamorelin; scale the volume for other concentrations. For research preparation only, not human use.

Yes. Condor supplies this blend strictly as a Research Use Only (in vitro) reference material to professionals and institutions, not as a medicine or product for human or veterinary use. Buyers are responsible for confirming import legality in their country. Questions: info@condorresearch.com.

Impeccable packaging

Cold-chain handling was respected end to end. Vials arrived sealed, labelled and intact. Documentation is the most thorough I've seen from an EU supplier.

Reproducible across batches

Third order with Condor. Batch-to-batch variation is minimal, which matters for our longitudinal work. The mono-labelled vials are easy to track.
